The Anchorage offers three courses of lessons concerning mysticism:
- Mystic Spirituality – This course introduces you to the basics of Mysticism. Mysticism is a process of getting closer to God by preparing your spirit to receive the communication of His presence. The subjects will get you to think about what God means to you and what affect He has on your life and your world. The text includes the subject material, dictionary of words which may be unfamiliar, questions to get you to think about the subject, an essay to give you the opportunity to tell how you feel, and an appropriate quote from one of the mystic writers throughout history. The doctrine covered can be used by someone with no religion or with any religion that believes in one God.

- Christian Mysticism – In this study, you'll learn how we came to be worthy of a union with God through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The lessons show you how the basics of Mysticism that you've already learned relate to Jesus' work and teaching. It presents stories of how Christians through the ages have come to a mystic relationship with God.

- Applied Mysticism – Now you will be encouraged to apply what you've learned in the first two courses to everyday issues that come up. You will read The Anchorage's topics and then write your own essays on the same topics from your point of view.
